The Corston Wheatsheaf Pub & Restaurant marks a fresh chapter under the leadership of Harriet Furlong whose passion for great food, welcoming service, and good music is at the heart of everything we do.

 

Our mission is simple: to welcome everyone who visits us with delicious, seasonal dishes, friendly faces, and an atmosphere that feels effortlessly cool and comfortable.

 

We invite you to eat, drink, and enjoy, as we bring together quality, creativity, and a flavour-first approach to everything we do.

 

Our team is led by General Manager Harriet Furlong, who first made her mark whilst working with The Bath Pub Company at The Chequers in Bath, where the team earned and maintained 2 AA Rosettes. With over 20 years of hospitality experience across Bath, Bristol, London, and the South West, Harriet continues to shape The Wheatsheaf with warm, genuine service and a passion for bringing people together.

 

Leading our kitchen team is Head Chef Jake Dunn. Jake trained in former Michelin Star restaurant Wilder in 2017 before broadening his experience, most recently working at a 2AA-rosette restaurant in Wiltshire. Passionate about utilising local produce and creating an unforgettable dining experience, Jake brings fresh ideas, strong classical foundations, and a commitment to showcasing the very best local produce.
