Earth Wise Acres
Just down the road in Burnett is where you will find one of our spectacular fruit and vegetable suppliers, Earth Wise. They have a focus on sustainable and low-intensity farming, minimizing their ecological footprint and promoting biodiversity.​​
Kelly's Butchery
Our butcher of choice is Kelly's who are located in Chew Magna, Bristol. Although the company has only recently opened, our head chef/owner Ross has been using David Kelly's meat across many different restaurants. They supply us with high welfare meats which are local and of great quality.
Minerva Wines
Visible from the restaurant windows, Minerva Wines is a small-batched, minimal-intervention wine grown and crafted at Corston Fields Farm using low-impact (regenerative) farming. The Sauvao-Addicott family have been farming the land for over 40 years. Truly local wine served in our restaurant.​

Bristol Beer Factory
Rotated through our real ale selection you will find some Bristol Beer Factory products. They represent the creative culture of Bristol through their beer and promote the independent beer scene. From January 2025, all of their beers are gluten free to cater for a wider group.​​​​
Wing of St Mawes
Wing of St Mawes is a Cornish fish supplier who focus on sustainability and high quality produce. All fish that we purchase from Wing is sourced from the Cornish shores. Their ethos is "to reduce, recycle, reuse, and repurpose materials wherever possible". Their sustainability practices are displayed through all elements of their business' processes from producing 95% of their electricity they consume is sourced from solar panels, recycling used fish frames, to using fish bones from filleting and crab shells to produce sauces and stock.
Forest Produce
An additional supplier of ours is Forest Produce who we use for additional South West speciality goods. They focus on quality, integrity, innovation, reliability, and value.
The Fine Cheese Company
Located in the centre of Bath is the independently run Fine Cheese Company. The business was founded by Ann-Marie Dyas who is committed to the use of traditional cheese making techniques and was a former judge of the British cheese awards.
